Acquisition Process
-
Opportunity for us to get to know one another, learn more about your business and explore how we can add value.
-
We’ll work with you to understand your key business metrics and fundamentals.
If there is a fit, we’ll share a “Letter of Intent” (LOI), outlining valuation and deal structure tailored to your goals.
-
After signing the LOI, we’ll begin a deeper review of the business. During this stage, we will involve advisors such as legal and accounting, who will help complete the required diligence.
Simultaneously, we’ll work with you to finalize the purchase contract for the business.
-
Once the purchase contract is signed, we’ll wire over funds and work closely with you to ensure a smooth ownership transition, mitigating disruption to your team and customers.
